monomo is a self-portrait photography studio located at carrer del torrent de les flors 61, barcelona. this policy explains how we handle your personal data when you book and use our services
what data we collect
- name and email address (when you book a session)
- photos taken during your session
- payment and visit data such as referrer, campaign tags, and cookies for site measurement
how we use your data
- to confirm and manage your booking
- to process and deliver your photos via a private, password-protected gallery
- to measure site visits and paid conversions
we do not sell your data
how we store your data
- your booking details are stored on an encrypted server in the eu (hetzner, germany)
- your photos are stored for 7 days, then automatically deleted
- your private gallery is available for 7 days after delivery
- payment processing is handled by stripe. emails are sent via resend
- measurement data may be processed by google, meta, and microsoft
whatsapp booking updates
when you tick the whatsapp opt-in box at checkout, we use the whatsapp business platform from meta platforms ireland limited to send booking confirmations and reminders. your phone number and message content are processed by meta. you can stop these messages at any time by replying "stop" to any message or by emailing hello@monomo.space. we store your opt-in choice alongside your booking and delete it together with the booking record under our standard retention policy.

- withdraw your consent at any time
you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. withdrawal does not affect processing before withdrawal

we use essential storage for booking and dashboard access. we also use plausible for privacy-friendly site measurement. through google tag manager we load google analytics, microsoft clarity, and meta pixel so we can understand how visitors use the site and show ads to people who already visited
